During the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021–2025), Xisaishan District of Huangshi City positioned Tianxin Special Steel Industrial Park as the core carrier for the upgrading of the entire special steel industrial chain. Focusing on strengthening, supplementing and extending the industrial chain, the district promoted the high-end, intelligent and green development of the industry, and focused on supporting enterprises such as Hubei Changyangsheng Technology Co., Ltd. to achieve transformation and breakthroughs.
2024–2025: Assist the enterprise in making an additional investment of 60 million yuan to build new production lines and expand production capacity.
Output value target: From about 30 million yuan in the initial stage of transformation, it is planned to increase to 150 million yuan within three years (by 2026), with benefits increasing by 2 to 3 times.
Market expansion: Promote the export of products to the international market and build a high-end drilling tool brand of "Made in Huangshi".
