

1.Observe and analyze the internal microstructure of metals, such as grain size, pearlite, ferrite, martensite, carburized layer, etc.
2.Inspect the heat treatment quality of materials and determine whether processes such as quenching, annealing, normalizing and quenching-tempering are qualified.
3.Examine material defects, including porosity, inclusions, cracks, decarburized layers, welding defects, etc.
4.Conduct failure analysis to identify the causes of part fracture, wear and corrosion.
